Stamp Maker Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Published by Tigar App Studio • Support: fluteapp85@gmail.com
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stamp Maker mobile application (the "App"), published on Google Play by Tigar App Studio ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
Stamp Maker lets you design digital stamps, seals and badges from text, shapes, icons and images. You can also scan a photo of a stamp into a digital version, create a signature or initials (by drawing, typing or importing a photo), place signatures, stamps, dates, text and marks on PDFs and photos of documents, add watermarks to images and PDFs, and export the results to your device. Some stamp templates and logos are included in the App, and more are available as a free download from Google Play inside the App. The App is free to use and supported by advertising. You can remove ads with an optional paid Premium upgrade (see section 9).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must not:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App, except as the law expressly allows
- sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App
- remove, hide or interfere with ads, notices or consent messages in the App (other than by buying Premium), or generate fake ad impressions or clicks
- bypass, tamper with or fake purchases, licence checks or Premium status
- use the App in a way that harms the App, its users, or the services it relies on
4. Acceptable use: forgery and misuse prohibited
Stamp Maker is a design tool. Stamps, seals and watermarks made with the App have no official, legal or certifying effect. They do not confirm that a document is genuine, approved or authorised.
You agree not to use the App, or anything you create with it, to:
- sign a document with, or create, a signature or initials of another person without their clear permission
- sign or alter a document you are not authorised to sign or alter, or remove or bypass a document's protections without the right to do so
- forge, counterfeit or imitate the stamps, seals, signatures, logos or emblems of a government, court, notary, public authority, company or any other person or organisation without authorisation
- create or alter documents (such as certificates, permits, invoices, receipts, IDs or official letters) in order to deceive, commit fraud, or gain any benefit or advantage unlawfully
- impersonate any person or organisation, or falsely suggest that you are endorsed by or affiliated with them
- infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights, including by using logos or images you have no right to use
- create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that otherwise breaks applicable law or Google Play policies
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and anything you create with it. That includes making sure you have authority to use any name, title, registration number or logo in a stamp. Misusing official stamps or seals may be a criminal offence in your country.
5. Electronic signatures and signed documents
The Signature Maker places an image of your signature, initials or stamp on a copy of a document. It does not create a certified, qualified or advanced electronic signature, a digital certificate or a cryptographic seal, and it does not verify anyone's identity or keep an audit trail.
- Whether a document signed with the App is valid or accepted depends on the laws that apply to you (such as the US ESIGN Act, UETA or the EU eIDAS Regulation) and on the person or organisation receiving it. Some documents, such as wills, deeds, notarised papers or court filings, may require a handwritten or certified signature.
- You are responsible for reading a document before you sign it, and for checking that a signature made with the App is acceptable for your purpose. If in doubt, ask the recipient or a legal adviser.
- The App saves a new signed copy and does not change your original file. Check the signed copy before you send it.
- The optional signature lock limits access to your saved signatures inside the App. It does not replace your device's screen lock, and it does not protect copies you have exported or shared.
6. Your content
"Your content" means the text, images, designs, projects and exports you create or import in the App.
- You keep ownership of your content. We claim no rights over it.
- Your content, including your signatures and the documents you sign, is stored on your device. We do not receive or host it.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed for any images, logos or text you import or use.
- You are responsible for backing up your content. Content can be lost if you delete it, clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or lose or reset your device. We cannot recover it.
Templates, logos, shapes, icons and fonts provided in the App, including those in the downloadable stamp library, may be used in stamps you create for your own personal or business use. You may not extract them and redistribute them on their own, for example as a template or asset pack.
7. Our intellectual property
The App and its design, code, templates, graphics and name are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the licence in section 3, these Terms grant you no rights to them. Some components are provided under open-source licences, and those licences govern those components.
8. Advertising and third-party services
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob and uses other Google services, such as Firebase, Google's User Messaging Platform for consent, and Google Play to deliver the downloadable stamp library. Your use of these services is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content of ads, or for the websites, apps, products or services they link to. Any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and them.
9. Premium, purchases and subscriptions
All features of the App are free. Stamp Maker Premium is an optional paid upgrade that removes ads from the App. It does not unlock additional features. Premium is sold through Google Play in two forms:
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase that removes ads for as long as the App is available on Google Play for your Google account.
- Subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly plans (as offered in the App) that remove ads while the subscription is active.
Payment
All purchases are made and processed by Google Play and charged to the payment method in your Google Play account. Prices are shown in the App and on the Google Play purchase screen in your local currency before you confirm, and may include taxes. We never see or store your card or payment details. Your purchase is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Your Google Play account is charged at renewal. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Premium → Manage subscription in the App. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
Free trials and introductory offers
Some plans may include a free trial or an introductory price, as shown before you subscribe. Eligibility is decided by Google Play (for example, one trial per account). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged the regular price shown.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Google Play will tell you about a price increase in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement. If you do not agree, the subscription ends at the end of the current period.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Google, so refund requests follow the Google Play refund policy. You can request a refund through Google Play. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not give refunds or credits for partly used subscription periods. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, Premium is removed.
Restoring Premium
Premium is linked to the Google account you used to buy it, not to a device. To use it on a new device or after reinstalling, sign in to Google Play with the same account and tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree that the Premium upgrade is supplied immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it is supplied. This does not affect any other rights you have under consumer law, including Google Play's own refund rules.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including advertising consent and your rights under the GDPR. It forms part of these Terms.
11. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature, at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working. Downloadable content, such as the extra stamp templates and logos, needs an internet connection and is delivered by Google Play; we may add, change or remove items in it, and it may be unavailable on some devices or in some countries. We do not guarantee that the App will be available on every device, in every country, or without interruption.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that exports will match any exact size, colour or print result. Stamp scanning, signature import and document straightening results depend on photo quality and lighting. Nothing you create or sign with the App is guaranteed to be legally binding, or suitable or accepted for any official, legal or commercial purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nor will we be liable for any loss of data, content, profits, revenue or goodwill arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the total amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim arose and USD 50 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU, the UK or elsewhere.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
- your misuse of the App
- content you create with the App, including any use that breaks section 4
- your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your right to use the App immediately if you breach these Terms, particularly section 4. When these Terms end, the licence in section 3 ends too. Sections 4 to 7 and 11 to 17 survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be considered under applicable law and before a court with jurisdiction under that law. Nothing in these Terms takes away mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the App or on our Google Play listing. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
18. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
- Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a sale of the App.
- Google Play: if these Terms conflict with the Google Play Terms of Service about your use of Google Play, the Google Play terms apply to that point.
