These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Smart QR Scanner & Barcode ("App") provided by Tiger App Studio ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes according to these Terms and Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App for unlawful activities including creating, scanning or sharing QR codes or barcodes connected to malware, phishing, fraud, illegal or harmful content.
- Interfere with the operation of the App or third-party services.
- Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the App to create, scan, store, export or distribute illegal, harmful, fraudulent or unauthorized content.
4. Scanning Accuracy Disclaimer
The App uses automated technology to scan and decode QR codes and barcodes. We do not guarantee that every code will be detected, scanned correctly or that all decoded information will always be accurate.
You are responsible for verifying scanned information before relying on it, especially for business, inventory, financial or commercial decisions.
5. Link Safety Disclaimer
The App may provide basic link safety checks based on common risk indicators. This feature is provided only as a security assistance tool.
The App cannot detect all malicious websites, phishing attempts, scams, fraudulent content or harmful files.
You access scanned links and third-party content at your own risk.
6. User Data and Content
Scan history, generated QR codes, barcode information and inventory records may be stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for:
- The content you scan or create.
- Your exported files and stored information.
- Maintaining backups of important data.
Tiger App Studio is not responsible for loss of locally stored data caused by device failure, uninstalling the App, clearing storage or other technical issues.

7. Account Registration
The App does not require users to create an account to use its main features.
If account-based features are introduced in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Purchases and Premium Features
If premium features, paid services or subscriptions are introduced:
- Payments will be processed through Google Play Billing.
- We do not collect or store your payment information.
- Pricing, subscription period and features will be displayed before purchase.
- Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Google Play settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play refund policies and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, graphics, logos and trademarks, belongs to Tiger App Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK and other technologies.
These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Tiger App Studio does not control and is not responsible for the practices, availability or policies of third-party services.
11. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, add or remove features of the App at any time. Updates may be required for continued use of the App.
12. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or completely accurate.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiger App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
14. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold harmless Tiger App Studio from claims, damages, losses or expenses resulting from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to applicable courts of Pakistan.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will include a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
