  • Health Data: Blood pressure readings (systolic, diastolic, pulse), blood sugar levels (glucose, meal type), and optional notes/tags you record. This data is stored ONLY locally on your device.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and device identifiers collected automatically by third-party SDKs.
  • Advertising ID: Your device's Google Advertising ID is collected by Google AdMob to serve advertisements.
  • Approximate Location: Google AdMob may use your IP address to determine your approximate location.
  • App Usage Data: Screen views, session duration, and app interaction data collected automatically by Firebase Analytics.
  • Crash and Diagnostics Data: Crash logs, stack traces, and device state information collected automatically by Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Push Notification Token: A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token is generated to deliver push notifications.

Data Storage & Security

Your health data is stored ONLY locally on your device using an encrypted local database. It is never uploaded to any server.

All data transmitted to third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS protocols.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal health information.

However, we use the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob: Collects Advertising ID, approximate location (IP), and device information for advertisements.
  • Firebase Analytics: Collects app usage data and device identifiers.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash logs and diagnostics.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Uses a device token for notifications.
  • Firebase Remote Config: Fetches app configuration settings.

Your health data remains stored only on your device and is NEVER shared.

Your Rights

  • Export records as PDF or CSV
  • Delete individual or all records
  • Opt-out of personalized advertising
  • Reset Advertising ID via device settings

To completely delete all data, uninstalling the app will permanently remove locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Advertising & Consent

We use Google AdMob for advertisements. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent under GDPR.

You can manage ad consent in Settings > Privacy Options.

Data Retention

  • Health Data: Stored locally until deleted or app uninstalled.
  • Firebase Analytics Data: Retained up to 14 months.
  • Crashlytics Data: Retained for 90 days.
  • Advertising Data: Managed by Google AdMob.
