Your privacy is important to us. If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data collected by the app, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Email us at: fluteapps85@gmail.com
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your device information (model and OS version) or any details about your app usage you want deleted
- A clear statement requesting deletion of all locally stored app data (preferences, favorite remedies)
- We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
Note: Our app does not store user accounts or identifiable personal information. Deletable data includes locally saved preferences or favorite remedies. AI chat messages are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data. Some data may need to be retained for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and we will inform you if this applies.
